All Hammerstead Supply Co. products are made to order. Please allow time for your order to be produced before it ships.

Shipping Rates

Shipping costs are calculated and displayed at checkout based on your order and selected shipping method.

Processing & Delivery

Orders require production time before shipment. Estimated delivery times shown at checkout are estimates and are not guaranteed. Delivery may occasionally be affected by carrier delays, weather, holidays, or other circumstances outside our control.

Tracking

When tracking information is available, it will be sent to the email address provided with your order once your order ships. Please allow some time for tracking information to update after shipment.

Incorrect Addresses

Please make sure your shipping address is complete and accurate before placing your order. Hammerstead Supply Co. is not responsible for delays or failed delivery caused by an incorrect or incomplete address provided at checkout.

Lost or Damaged Orders

If your order arrives damaged or you believe there is a problem with the shipment, contact us as soon as possible with your order number and any relevant photos or information. We’ll review the issue and work with you toward an appropriate resolution.
